Hisar, June 18 (HS). In the case of the death of a 25-year-old PhD student admitted for an appendix operation in Sukhda Hospital located near Dabda Chowk in the city before the operation, the family members created a ruckus outside the hospital. Accusing the doctor of negligence, they protested on Monday late night and Tuesday afternoon demanding action against the doctors. At night, they even blocked the road while protesting outside the hospital. Now the case will be investigated by a board of doctors, the reason will be clear in the post-mortem. Only after this the administration and police will take further action.

It is being told that Richa, a 25-year-old PhD student, was admitted to Sukhda Hospital for an appendix operation. She was a resident of Jawahar Nagar, Adampur. After receiving information about the student's death and the uproar, the Urban Estate police station reached the spot. The family blocked the road at around 1 o'clock on Monday night demanding action against the doctor. On receiving the information, a large number of police force reached under the leadership of DSP Vijaypal and got the road opened by convincing the family and assuring them of appropriate action.

Rohit, brother of the deceased student Richa, said that his sister was given an injection of anesthesia before the operation. His sister died due to its overdose. The doctors are responsible for this. The sister was also checked up, if her heart was weak then the doctors would not have taken the risk of operation. The family members of the student said that until action is not taken against the accused doctor and staff, they will not pick up the dead body of their daughter.

Mandi Adampur's commission agent Gaurav Singla told in his complaint to Urban Estate police station that his niece Richa was suffering from appendicitis. On Monday afternoon at 2 o'clock, he and his nephew Rohit and Richa's mother Mannu Devi brought daughter Richa to Sukhda Hospital. There Dr. Amit Mehta talked about Richa's appendicitis operation. After this, he took her to the operation theatre for treatment. After some time, the doctor called him in front of the OT. The doctor said that Richa's heart beat has stopped and her health has worsened. On this, Gaurav Singla said that Richa was absolutely healthy. After some time, Dr. Deepan Das said that Richa had died.
