Rajgarh: Accused of fighting over land dispute arrested, procession taken out

Rajgarh, June 18 (HS). In Narsinghgarh police station area, due to a dispute over the land near the Chowpra temple, the youths of Phoolbagh locality blocked the road and beat up two brothers with sticks. Police registered a case against ten accused in the matter. On Tuesday, the police arrested the accused and took out a procession in the city with the aim of teaching them a lesson.

According to the police, Ankit (34) son of Dipendra Saxena, resident of Chaupra Hanuman Mandir Narsinghgarh, said that on Monday evening he had gone to Chhatri Chauraha with his brothers Arpan and Shivas Saxena. Meanwhile, Virendra Panwar of the locality arrived with his friends and blocked the way and started abusing over a land dispute. When they protested, they beat them with rods and sticks, due to which Arpan and Ankit got seriously injured. The police registered a case under sections 294, 323, 506, 308, 341, 120B against Virendra son Yogendra Singh Panwar resident Phoolbagh, Abhishek son Jagdish Verma, Deepak son Brijmohan Verma, his brother Bablu, Sunil son Moolchand Verma, Vijay son Narayan Prasad, Sandeep son Brijmohan Verma, Roop Singh son Prem Singh Rajput, Mohar Singh all residents of Baradwari Mohalla and Yuvraj Singh son Virendra Singh. Police arrested the accused in the case and took out a procession in the city to teach them a lesson.
