Hisar, June 15 (HS). Who says that there can't be a hole in the sky, throw a stone with all your might, friends…! This proverb has been proved true by village Talwandi Rana resident Nitish Selpad. Nitish Selpad has secured sixth position in the state in the Haryana Civil Service (HCS) examination released late Friday night. With this success, Nitish Selpad has become the head of the department in which he was a clerk till yesterday.
Nitish believes that passing the HCS exam and becoming an Excise and Taxation Officer is just a step in his life, his destination is to become an IAS. The son of social worker Naresh Selpad was working as a clerk in the Excise and Taxation Department at Hisar headquarters till now. Nitish wanted to pass the Haryana Civil Service (HCS) exam from the very beginning. He was also preparing for this for a long time.
Having completed 10th from Government Senior Secondary School, Talwandi Rana village, 11th from Lakshya Public School Dhansu, 12th from Aarohi Model School Bhiwani Rohilla, BSc Non Medical and Masters in Distance Education from Dayanand Mahavidyalaya (DN College), Nitish was preparing to pass the Haryana Civil Service Examination for a long time. It should be mentioned here that Nitish Selpad is the only youth in Barwala Assembly constituency who has achieved this feat in the Haryana Civil Service (HCS) Examination this time. There is a festive atmosphere in Talwandi Rana village on this achievement of Nitish and on Monday the entire village will organize a mass welcome ceremony.
According to the newly selected Excise and Taxation Officer Nitish Selpad, he studied for an average of eight hours every day to achieve this position. During this time, he always got the guidance and company of his father Naresh Selpad and Director of Lakshya Public School Dhansu, Ramnivas Verma.
