- 1 cup thick curd
- 1/2 cup milk

- To make Mango Lassi, first grind the mango pieces in a blender and make a soft puree. – After this, add curd, milk, sugar and cardamom powder in the same blender. Mix everything well until the mixture becomes smooth and creamy.
- Keep in mind that the amount of sugar in it should not be less. Drinking mango lassi without sugar feels quite strange. Taste it and then turn off the blender. Now keep it in the fridge for a while.
