Moradabad, June 13 (HS). District Football Association Moradabad General Secretary Mohammad Nasir Kamal said on Thursday that the selection of divisional teams for the Inter-Divisional State Level Football Championship 2024 was held at Netaji Subhash Chandra Bose Sports Stadium on Thursday, in which 16 players were selected for the girls category and 20 players were selected in the boys category.
Mohammad Nasir Kamal further informed that the Under-19 Inter-Divisional State Level Football Championship 2024 for boys and girls will be organized from June 19 to June 26. The competition for girls will be held in Barabanki and for boys in Mau district.
In the girls' team, Madhavi, Vaishnavi Verma, Nancy Arvind, Nancy Diwakar, Ashi, Kajal, Priyanshi, Zareen Khan, Falak, Anam, Mahima Massey, Vanshika Yadav, Varsha, Anjali, Sauda Maryam of Sambhal, Joyal of Rampur were selected from Moradabad district. Shadab Ansari is the team manager and the reserve players are Sabia (Sambhal), Radhika Chauhan (Moradabad).
In the boys' team, Jivanshu, Rohit, Aurangzeb, Madhav, Dev, Swastik, Noman, Dhruv, Shantanu Thakur from Moradabad district, Ashish, Haris, Sparsh, Saurabh from Rampur, Argman, Kaifi Abbas, Adnan Ali from Sambhal. Sachin Vishnoi is the team manager, reserve players are Syed Dawar (Rampur), Hasnain (Rampur), Azaan (Rampur), Jeetu (Moradabad) and Chirag (Moradabad).
