The second petition regarding the NEET UG exam was filed in the Supreme Court by SIO members Abdullah Mohammad Faiz and Dr Sheikh Roshan Mohideen. The petition filed sought withdrawal of the NEET-UG 2024 results and re-conduct of the exam. The petitioners have alleged arbitrariness in awarding grace marks. In the second petition filed, the petitioners have also sought a stay on the counseling conducted for NEET-UG 2024 admission till the investigation into the allegations of paper leak is completed.
