Samosa is a very popular dish in India. In such a situation, some people try to make samosa at home.
To make samosa, you have to mix flour, salt and celery and knead soft dough. – Then keep it covered for 15 minutes.
For stuffing, you have to prepare the mixture by adding oil in a hot pan and adding onion, green chilli, boiled potato, peas, turmeric powder, red chilli powder and many kinds of spices.
– Now roll the dough thinly and give it a triangle shape, fill it with potato paste and stick the edges with the help of water.
After this, heat oil in a pan and fry all the samosas. When it becomes golden and crispy, take it out and serve it with chutney.
