London: Kashmir-based activist journalist Yana Mir has criticized Pakistan for spreading misinformation against India. Yana Mayer's speech in the British Parliament is going viral, in which she has rejected comparisons with Malala.

Kashmiri journalist and activist Yana Mir said in the British Parliament that I am safe in my country. Taking aim at Pakistan, Mir said that Kashmir is an integral part of India and I am free and safe there. During this, he also appreciated the efforts of the Indian Army in the development of youth.

Kashmiri journalist and activist Yana Mir was invited to be honored at the 'Resolution Day' organized by the UK Parliament. Mir was honored with the Diversity Ambassador Award for his efforts to promote diversity in Jammu and Kashmir. More than 100 celebrities including the British Parliament participated in this program.

Yana Mir stressed in the British Parliament that she is not Malala Yousafzai, who had to leave her country due to terrorist threats. Yana Mir said, I am not Malala Yousafzai because I am free and safe in my country India. I am safe in my motherland Kashmir, which is an integral part of India. I will never have to run away and seek refuge in your country. I will never be Malala Yousafzai. I object to Malala's conspiracy to defame my country and my motherland Kashmir by calling it oppressed. I also object to all those toolkit members of social media and international media who have never bothered to visit Kashmir but keep creating stories of oppression. Mir further said, I urge you to stop dividing Indians on the basis of religion. We will never let you do this. Stop spreading pro-election propaganda. I hope that the criminals of our country who live in Pakistan and Britain will stop defaming India in the international media or international human rights forums. Taking aim at the international media, Yana Mir said, efforts to divide India by reporting from the living room of Britain should stop. Thousands of mothers in Kashmir have already lost their children due to terrorism. Let the people of Kashmir live in peace.
