Punjab News: Himachal Pradesh Chief Minister Bhagwant Mann's first reaction has come in the case of Mandi MP Kangana Ranaut being slapped by a CISF constable. He said that the girl was angry. She (Kangana Ranaut) had said something earlier due to which the girl (Kulwinder Kaur) was angry. This should not have happened but in response to this, calling the entire Punjab a terrorist despite a film star and an MP is wrong.
He said that the soldiers of Punjab protect the borders of the country. The contribution of Punjab in the independence of the country is also important. We feed the whole country. We have sacrificed a lot for the country. You call terrorists for every mistake. If a farmer sits on a dharna then he is a terrorist, if someone protests then he is a terrorist, it is wrong to say such things. Punjab is an important part of the country, if something happens to it then the country will also suffer.
Actually, after the slap incident, Kangana Ranaut had said that an incident happened with me at Chandigarh airport. A female constable at the airport started misbehaving with me. She said that she is a supporter of the farmers' movement. She came from the side and slapped me on the face. I am safe, but my concern is about the growing extremism and terrorism in Punjab. This has to be handled somehow.
