- Cabbage
- Capsicum
- Onion
- Coriander
- Ginger Garlic Paste
- chickpea flour
- Corn flour
- chilli powder
- Tomato-chili sauce
- Soy sauce
- Oil
- Salt
- Water
How to make Dry Vegetable Manchurian
- To make Veg Manchurian, first wash and chop the cabbage.
- – Now, take a big pan and add cabbage, all-purpose flour, salt, corn flour, red chili powder and prepare the dough.
- – Then make small balls of it.
- – Now take oil in a pan and fry these balls. Take it out in a plate.
- – Now heat oil in another pan and add chopped onion, ginger-garlic paste, capsicum and a pinch of salt. – Then add onion and let it cook well.
- – Now add soya sauce and tomato chilli sauce umari to it. – Now add the fried balls and mix well. – Then turn off the gas. So your dry vegetable Manchurian is ready.
