After the defeat of NDA in the Lok Sabha elections, the politics of Maharashtra has heated up. The NCP (Sharad Pawar) faction has claimed that more than 15 MLAs of Ajit Pawar are in touch with the party president. After this claim, there has been a stir in the politics of the state. It is being claimed that after the Mahavikas Aghadi won 30 seats in the Lok Sabha elections, more than 15 MLAs of NCP can return to Sharad Pawar faction again. This claim has been made by Rohit Parivar of Sharad Pawar faction. Amidst such reports, Ajit Pawar is also going to meet his MLAs and leaders and if this happens, the crisis on the Mahayuti government may increase. After Karma's defeat in Baramati, the Ajit Pawar faction is on the backfoot. Currently, the NCP led by Ajit Pawar has 40 MLAs. If the MLAs return to Sharad Pawar again, then a new political crisis can definitely arise in the state. BJP has 103 MLAs in the Maharashtra Legislative Assembly.
