There will be a clash between Mumbai Indians and Delhi Capitals
As far as the opening match is concerned, it will be played between Mumbai Indians captained by Harmanpreet Kaur and Delhi Capitals captained by Meg Lanning. The final of the first season of WPL was also played between these two teams. In which Mumbai Indians won the first WPL title and Meg Lanning's Delhi Capitals had to face defeat.
