The Indian stock market closed with a gain today i.e. Friday, May 31. The market opened with a gain of more than 500 points in the morning as well. On the last day of the week, the stock market saw a good rise. The Sensex closed at 73,961, up 75 points. After this, the Nifty registered a jump of 42 points and closed at 22,530. Out of the 30 Sensex stocks, 17 rose and 13 fell. Adani Enterprises' shares were the biggest gainer in the Nifty.
