Bihar Heatwave News : In Bihar too, the heat is breaking all records. Students are also becoming victims. 48 school girls fainted due to heat in Begusarai and Sheikhpura. In view of the constantly increasing heat, orders have been given to keep all schools, Anganwadis and coaching institutes of Bihar closed from 30 May to 8 June.
In Bihar's Begusarai and Sheikhpura, about 48 girl students fainted during school hours, due to which, with the help of other students and teachers, they were made to lie down on the benches and water was sprinkled on them. Later, all the students were admitted to the hospital.
The temperature in Begusarai has crossed 40 degrees, while summer vacations are going on in other states, schools are in session in Bihar, amid this situation more than 80 girl students fell ill. Temperatures above 46 degrees were recorded in Aurangabad and Kaimur.
The Meteorological Department has predicted that the heat will remain the same in most parts of Bihar till June 8. In view of the situation, the government has issued an order to keep all schools, Anganwadi centers and coaching centers closed from May 30 to June 8. The opposition criticized the Nitish Kumar government for keeping the schools open even in such heat. Tejashwi Yadav said that children are forced to come to school even in 48 degree temperature.
