QRT team formed at district level in Koderma for water supply

Koderma, May 29 (HS). In view of the scorching heat, a Quick Response Team (QRT) has been formed as per the instructions of Deputy Commissioner Megha Bhardwaj to provide easy and uninterrupted drinking water facility to the general public in Koderma district, especially in urban areas.

Deputy Commissioner Megha Bhardwaj has directed the QRT team that in the areas where drinking water problem arises or in case of damage to the drinking water pipe or breakdown of the motor, they will coordinate among themselves to ensure that all necessary action is taken quickly to provide drinking water facility in their respective areas. Also, in the areas where drinking water facility is not available due to pipe line or other reasons, they will ensure drinking water supply by tagging tankers at those places.

The district level QRT team includes Deepak Kumar, Junior Engineer, Drinking Water and Sanitation Division, Koderma 7541920901, Satish Kumar, City Manager, Municipal Council, Jhumritilaiya 7004049486, Municipal Council Office, Koderma, Sanjeet Kumar Sahu, CMM, City Mission Manager, Municipal Council Office, Koderma 8340281548 from Drinking Water and Sanitation Division, Koderma and the Administrator of the concerned Municipal Body area have been kept as senior officers of the QRT team and they have been directed to supervise the work being done by the QRT team to resolve the drinking water problems coming from the areas.
