Ranchi, May 28 (HS). Jharkhand Academic Council (JAC) Board has released the result of class 8 on Tuesday. This year, out of 5,61,774 students, a total of 5,28,962 students have passed the examination. The total pass percentage of this year is 94.15.
According to the report released by JAC, a total of 32,471 and 341 students were placed under marginal and incomplete respectively. The examination authority has also released the Jharkhand Board 8th marksheet along with the results. The students of class 8 were facing difficulty in taking admission in class 9 due to non-availability of results, which has been solved by the board. Now, before the result, students of class 8 are being enrolled in class 9. Students who have given the 8th exam before the school holidays have been given provisional admission in class 9.

South Chotanagpur: 98.08 percent
North Chotanagpur: 98.97 percent
Palamu: 98.74 percent
Santhal Pargana: 97.67 percent
Singhbhum: 97.84 percent
Last year, 94.94 percent students were successful in Jharkhand Board 8th. 5,43,164 students appeared in the exam, out of which 5,15,688 were successful. This year, 97.85 percent students were successful in 9th and 98.48 percent in 11th. These students can now get admission in 10th and 12th.
