Panic spread among passengers on an IndiGo Airlines flight on Tuesday morning after a bomb threat was received. The flight was going from Delhi to Varanasi. The plane was taken to the isolation bay of Delhi's Indira Gandhi International Airport for inspection. An airport official said that teams of aviation security, dog squad and bomb disposal squad reached the spot and closely monitored the flight.

The threat was written in the bathroom
The word bomb was found written on tissue paper in the flight's bathroom. The message read, 'Bomb will explode in 30 minutes.' This message was seen by the pilot in flight 6E2211. There were a total of 176 passengers on board the plane, including 2 children.
