Drink fennel water on an empty stomach
Drinking fennel water on an empty stomach gives relief from acidity to a great extent. Fennel improves digestion and soothes the heat of the stomach. Soak a teaspoon of fennel in water at night and boil it in the morning and drink it on an empty stomach. This water promotes the secretion of gastric juice and enzymes. It helps in weight loss by relieving acidity and constipation as well as boosting metabolism.
Drink lemon and ginger water after a heavy meal.
Ginger water and lemon also improve digestion and relieve digestive problems. Gingerol is found in ginger. It helps in the secretion of digestive juices. Do not sleep immediately after eating
