Ingredients for making Galya Pudla
- wheat flour,

- Cardamom,

How to make Galya Pudla
step 1
First of all, mix one cup water and one cup jaggery in a pan.
Step-2
Now add one cup wheat flour, fennel, cardamom, sugar in a bowl and mix.

Now add dissolved jaggery water into it and make a solution.
Step-4 –
Now heat a pan and pour this batter on it and spread it in a round shape and sprinkle sesame seeds on top.

Now apply oil or ghee on the edge of the vessel and cook it well on both sides. Wheat flour coated pudla is ready, you can serve it.
