T20 World Cup 2024: The ICC T20 World Cup 2024 is just a short time away from starting. The next World Cup will be played in the USA and West Indies from June 1 to June 29. The ICC has also started full preparations for the T20 World Cup. Now the ICC has announced the commentary panel for the T20 World Cup.
Dinesh Karthik will play in the World Cup
Star wicketkeeper-batsman Dinesh Karthik has also got a place in the 40-member commentary panel. Karthik represented Royal Challengers Bangalore in the current IPL season. News is coming that Dinesh Karthik will not participate in the upcoming season of IPL. After the match against Rajasthan Royals, 38-year-old Dinesh Karthik was congratulated by Virat Kohli and RCB players. However, Karthik has not made any formal announcement regarding retirement from IPL.
Apart from Dinesh Karthik, India's Harsh Bhogle, Ravi Shastri and Sunil Gavaskar have also got a place in the commentary panel. Pakistan's legends Wasim Akram, Waqar Younis and Rameez Raja will also be part of the commentary panel in the World Cup. American commentator James O'Brien has also been included in the panel.
