Patna, May 25 (HS). In the sixth phase of Lok Sabha elections, voting is going on in eight seats of Bihar since 7 am on Saturday. Voting is being held for Valmikinagar, West Champaran, East Champaran, Shivhar, Vaishali, Gopalganj, Siwan and Maharajganj parliamentary seats of Bihar. An average of 36.48 percent voting has taken place on these eight seats till 1 pm.
According to the data of the State Election Commission, till 1 pm, 36.64 percent voting was recorded in Valmikinagar, 37.75 percent in West Champaran, 37.57 percent in East Champaran, 38.89 percent in Sheohar, 40.48 percent in Vaishali, 34.65 percent in Gopalganj, 31.59 percent in Siwan and 34.75 percent in Maharajganj.
