Despite being physically handicapped and unable to walk alone, elderly Mabiwa Sumitra Devi was amazed to see her enthusiasm for voting. On the other hand, around 3,400 voters of booth numbers 398, 399 and 400 in Sindri of Dhanbad Lok Sabha constituency have boycotted the voting.
