Bhopal, May 24 (HS). The organization of 'Karyakarta Vikas Varg-1' for the workers of the central region of the Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh has started in the Sharda Vihar campus of Bhopal. In the inauguration of the class, the area pracharak Swapnil Kulkarni said that the Sangh works for personality development. There should be such dedicated people in every field of social life, seeing whom others can learn. Therefore, we can say that the biggest work of the Sangh is to set an example in the society.
Kulkarni said that we join national work with the spirit of patriotism, sacrifice and dedication. To acquire the skill to do this work, the Sangh has a tradition of organizing classes. In the true sense, class is the name of skill. In the Sangh's class, the workers are trained in a formal and informal manner. Here, we learn from each other along with the curriculum. While receiving training, we should keep in mind that this training is useful for our own personality development as well as for expanding the Sangh work in our area of work. The skill we will acquire here has to be used in expanding the Sangh work. He said that the hardworking workers worked efficiently with emotions, only then we can see the Sangh in its huge form today.
He said that this training camp is for the workers who work for the country by giving their time, money and mind. The training camp develops leadership skills in the workers. In the camp, the workers learn the skill of facing the challenges faced by the Hindu society and taking the gentlemen along in national work. Today, such forces are active in the country, which are engaged in the effort to disintegrate the Hindu society. They create ideological confusion to divide us on the basis of caste, creed, male-female etc. Diversity has not been our weakness but has been our specialty. But the colonial forces have conspired to create hatred and differences among us on the basis of diversity. We have to be aware of these conspiracies and also make our society aware.
He said that India is the biggest example of freedom of expression. Our society lives together despite many diversities. We have never imposed one another's method of worship on another. He said that Sangh workers should become the ones who provide solutions to the problems of society.
This is the first class named 'Worker Development Class':
Kulkarni also told in his speech that the tradition of organizing Sangh Shiksha Varg for the training of workers started from the time of Doctor Saheb (Sangh's founder Sarsanghchalak Dr. Keshav Baliram Hedgewar). Till now this class of the region was organized in the name of 'Sangh Shiksha Varg-Dwitiya Varsh' but now it will be organized in the name of 'Karyakarta Vikas Varg-1'. He also mentioned the historic Sangh Shiksha Varg organized in Nagpur in 1940, in which for the first time volunteers from all over India participated for training. In the Sangh, the seven-day training class organized at the district level is called 'Prathamik Varg', the 15-day training class organized at the province level is called 'Sangh Shiksha Varg', the 20-day class organized at the regional level is called 'Karyakarta Vikas Varg-1' and the All India level class organized in Nagpur is called 'Karyakarta Vikas Varg-2'.
