Cold and heat can cause problems like cold, cough, vomiting. After coming out of the sun, let the body temperature remain stable for some time, then sit in AC or cooler.

Due to strong sunlight the body temperature increases a lot, in such a situation eating cold things immediately can harm your health.

Take a bath immediately after coming out of the sun

Bathing with cold water in summer is very comfortable for the body, but if you have just come from the sun, do not make the mistake of bathing immediately. First stay at room temperature for 30 minutes and then take a bath. Similarly, one should not make the mistake of bathing after eating food.

Take special care of these things in summer

It is very important to keep the body hydrated to stay healthy in summer, so along with drinking plenty of water, include fruits and vegetables in your diet which are rich in water and have a cooling effect. Avoid carbonated drinks and outside ice cream to stay cool. Oily and spicy food should be avoided in summer and foods should be eaten which are not difficult to digest and are rich in fiber.
