Saharsa, 23 May (Hindus). Under Banma Ithari police station of the district, a fierce fight broke out in village-Rasalpur on Wednesday between two parties over spilling of soil on the ground. Acting quickly on the tip-off that one of the parties had taken out a weapon and polished it during the fight, the police arrested the person polishing the weapon. Youth Pankaj Yadav, father – Late Ram Vilas Yadav, village – Rasalpur, police station – Banma, Ithari, district – Saharsa, has been arrested with a country-made pistol, two live cartridges and five shells.
In this regard, Banma Itahari Police Station Case No. 33/24 Section 25 (1-B) a/26 Arms Act was registered and sent to judicial custody.
