Medical camp organized on Buddha Purnima, 105 people examined


Ramgarh, May 23 (HS). On the occasion of Buddha Purnima, a free medical camp was organized on the main road of the city on Thursday under the aegis of Marwari Yuva Manch Ramgarh Cantt branch. During this camp, sugar, blood pressure and weight of 105 people were checked.

On the occasion, branch president Ashish Aggarwal and program coordinator Rakesh Aggarwal jointly told that during this camp, many old people were found who had the problem of high BP and sugar, but they did not know about it. He came to know about this during the camp itself. The said people were advised to consult a doctor.

On this occasion, Yuva Manch's media in-charge Rahul Agarwal, who is also a pharmacist, made the people present in the camp aware about the damages caused by diabetes and its prevention. He said that when insulin production in the body stops or decreases, then the amount of sugar in the body starts increasing. One should get tested regularly.
