Like Kejriwal's dream of bail, the petition of this state's CM was also rejected by the Supreme Court.

Hemant Soren Bell Reject: Former Jharkhand Chief Minister Hemant Soren has once again suffered a major setback. The Supreme Court has rejected his interim bail petition. With the Supreme Court rejecting the petition, Jharkhand CM's dream of getting bail like Kejriwal has come true. Hemant Soren is currently lodged in Ranchi jail in a money laundering case related to land scam. During the hearing, the Supreme Court told lawyer Kapil Sibal that we cannot accept the bail application, so you yourself withdraw the application. On which the lawyer accepted the order of the Supreme Court and withdrew the application.

The Supreme Court has refused to hear the application of former Chief Minister Hemant Soren. The Supreme Court said that it was not stated in the bail application on behalf of the petitioner that the trial court has taken cognizance of the charge sheet in the case. Then senior lawyer Kapil Sibal, appearing for Hemant Soren, said that we withdraw the application seeking interim bail.

Bail application demanding two together rejected

Commenting on Hemant Soren's bail plea, the Supreme Court said that two demands have been made in the court simultaneously. The first demand is for interim bail and the second is challenging the arrest. Meanwhile, the ED presented its argument in the court and said that if Hemant Soren gets bail for election campaign, then all the leaders in jail will demand bail.

CM Kejriwal also took command of relief

CM Arvind Kejriwal has been held responsible for the relief in the bail plea of former Jharkhand CM. He appealed for bail in a similar manner in his application. However, the Supreme Court refused to hear the petition and dismissed it. Let us tell you that the Enforcement Directorate alleges that Hemant Soren has illegally acquired 8.86 acres of land in Ranchi.
