Ingredients for making Tawa Pulao
- Rice (rice boiled in water),
- Tomato,
- boiled potatoes,
- Capsicum,
- green peas,
- butter,
- chopped coriander,
- ginger paste,
- chopped green chillies,
- chilli powder,
- Pav Bhaji Masala,
- salt to taste.
How to make Tawa Pulao
step 1 –
First of all, heat butter in a pan, then add ginger chilli paste and turmeric powder masala and fry.
Step-2 –
Now add tomatoes, boiled potatoes, capsicum and peas and mix well.
Step-3
Now mash it a little and add red chilli, pav bhaji masala, salt, green coriander and mix everything.
Step- 4 –
Then add rice to it, mix well and cook for two minutes. Tawa Pulao is ready, take it out in a plate and serve with green chutney.
