Bhavnagari Gathia is different from all other types of Gathia. Its taste is also different. Eating with tea is a different pleasure. Today we will tell you the method of making Bhavnagari Natiya at home. Bhavnagari nuggets are edible and small in size.

Ingredients for making Bhavnagar knots

  • Gram flour,
  • Oil,
  • freshly ground black pepper,
  • try,
  • baking soda,
  • Asafoetida,
  • salt to taste,
  • Water as per requirement.

How to make Bhavnagar knots

step 1
Add water, oil, asafoetida, baking soda in a bowl and mix everything well.

Step-2
Now add gram flour, salt, black pepper, celery, asafoetida etc. in a bowl.

step 3 –
Now add water and oil in it, mix it and knead the dough and cover it and let it set for 15 minutes.

Step-4
Now heat oil in a pan and put a sieve on it and make balls.

Step-5
Fry until the lumps turn brown and then take them out with the help of a colander. Delicious Bhavnagari Ngumatiya is ready, serve it hot with fried chillies.
