Rewa: Resolve applications pending in CM Helpline within seven days – Collector

Rewa, 20 May (HS). Collector Pratibha Pal on Monday reviewed the resolution of CM Helpline cases department-wise. On this occasion, he said that all the officers should make special efforts to resolve the applications pending in the CM Helpline within seven days. Now only the work of counting votes is left in the elections. Pay special attention to the implementation of departmental schemes and disposal of applications from the general public. A large number of applications are pending in Health, Revenue, Rural Development, Urban Bodies, Food, Police, PHE, Women and Child Development Department and Finance Department. District Program Officer, Women and Child Development Department should get the applications of Ladli Brahmin Yojana, Ladli Lakshmi Yojana and Pradhan Mantri Matru Vandana Yojana resolved.

The Collector said that after resolving all the SDM demarcation, division and other revenue cases, the cases related to CM Helpline should be resolved. All revenue officers should hear revenue cases in their courts daily. Issues like measles improvement should be resolved immediately. Land acquisition issues should also be resolved on priority. All the SDMs should hold a meeting with the Chief Executive Officer and CMO of the district and get all the complaints related to Samagra ID resolved. Executive Engineer PHE should run a campaign to improve closed tap water schemes and damaged hand pumps. Ensure provision of drinking water in every settlement in rural areas. Submit information about improvement of hand pumps daily.

The Collector said that the Chief Medical and Health Officer should get all the 1056 complaints pending in the CM Helpline resolved. Get the information corrected on the portal in pending cases due to wrong information in Janani Suraksha Yojana. 452 complaints related to the district hospital are pending. Civil surgeon should get these resolved. Leading bank managers should resolve 193 pending complaints. In the review meeting of the Agricultural Production Commissioner, displeasure has been expressed over commercial banks not accepting Kisan Credit Cards. Issue Kisan Credit Card on priority. Leading bank managers should present action plans for investment proposals in priority areas in the next three days. District Education Officer and District Convenor should resolve all the complaints related to Tribal Welfare Scholarship within three days.

In the meeting, the collector said that the procurement of wheat at the support price is in its final stage. Pay special attention to immediate lifting of wheat from the procurement centers and payment to the farmers. Also get the transporters' bills paid immediately. Make gunny bags available within two days at those procurement centers where there are no gunny bags. The district manager of the civil supply corporation should ensure the arrangement of gunny bags for the next 10 days' procurement. In the meeting, the collector gave instructions to the officials regarding lifting and distribution of food grains for distribution from fair price shops. Agricultural inputs, drinking water arrangements and vote counting preparations were also reviewed in the meeting.

Deputy District Election Officer Shreyas Gokhale, SDM Huzoor Vaishali Jain, Assistant Collector Prapanj R, SDM Gudh Anurag Tiwari, SDM Mangawan PS Tripathi, SDM Tyonthar Sanjay Jain, SDM Semaria RK Sinha, Joint Collector PK Pandey and concerned officers were present in the meeting.
