Palamu, May 20 (Hindustan Reporter) Union Public Service Commission (UPSC) has declared the final result of Indian Forest Service Exam 2023, in which Ritwika Pandey, daughter of Vijay Pandey, resident of Kundi village of Garhwa block, has brought glory to the district by securing first rank.
According to the information, Ritwika Pandey is the granddaughter of late teacher leader Vikrama Pandey and daughter of Vijay Pandey, resident of Kundi village of Garhwa block under Palamu division. The entire Garhwa district has become proud of Ritvika Pandey's performance.
According to the information, after retiring from government service, Vijay Pandey is living there with his family in Delhi and he has a son, Priyanshu Pandey, who is an IPS and is currently working as Superintendent of Police in Shimla. According to the notification issued by the Commission, the interview for the Indian Forest Service Examination 2023 was held from 22 April to 1 May 2024, on the basis of which a total of 147 candidates have been recommended for appointment to the posts in the Indian Forest Service. In this, 43 candidates are from general category, 20 from EWS, 51 from OBC, 22 from SC, 11 from ST category.
Garhwa's daughter Ritwika Pandey has topped the examination conducted. Kale Pratiksha Nanasaheb is at second position and Swastik Yaduvanshi is at third position.
