Dhanbad, May 18 (Hindustan Reporter) Congress MLA from Gaya, Bihar and former minister Awadhesh Singh had reached Dhanbad on Saturday to campaign in support of Congress candidate Anupama Singh from Dhanbad Lok Sabha constituency. He said that on one hand there is a daughter-in-law of late Rajendra Singh, a well-known labor leader who fought for the rights of workers, on the Dhanbad Lok Sabha seat, while on the other hand there is a leader who exploits the workers.
Giving a sharp reaction to the Central Government, Awadhesh said that the number of laborers who have migrated in the last ten years has not been greater than in the last 60 years. He said that Congress gave MNREGA to the country. Collieries were nationalized so that workers could get employment here.
