Kanpur, 18 May (HS). As part of the ongoing campaign against criminals, Panki police station on Saturday seized a Bolero purchased with the money earned from criminal incidents. This action was taken under the Uttar Pradesh Goondas Act on the orders of the Police Commissioner.
Inspector in-charge Manvendra Singh said that a case was registered against Sushil Pal, resident of Raitepur village of Sachendi police station area, in Panki police station in the year 2022 under the Gangster Act and in the year 2014 in Sachendi under the Gang Bandh and Prevention of Anti-Social Activities. The order to take action against him was issued from the Police Commissioner's office. Criminal Sushil Pal had bought a Bolero by earning money from criminal activities, which is worth Rs 09 lakh 70 thousand. As per the instructions of the Police Commissioner, the police have taken possession of the criminal's vehicles and parked them in the police station premises and have started further action.
