Ukhimath/Rudraprayag, 18 May (HS). The Devdoli of Second Kedar Shri Madmaheshwar along with other Dev Nishans left Shri Omkareshwar Temple, Ukhimath at 7 am on Saturday for the first stop Rakeshwari Temple Ransi for night rest. On this occasion, hundreds of devotees bid farewell to Devdoli.
The servants and rights holders of Badrinath-Kedarnath temple are walking with the Devdoli and on foot the Devdoli will reach Shri Madmaheshwar Dham. Omkareshwar Temple, Ukhimath was grandly decorated with flowers on this occasion.
Dev Doli (Sunday) on 19th May will stay for the night in Goundar village and on Monday, 20th May at 11.15 am (11.15 am) the doors of Madmaheshwar will open for darshan for the winter period. The process of opening the doors of Lord Madmaheshwar had started from Thursday.
Badrinath- On the instructions of Kedarnath Temple Committee (BKTC) President Ajendra Ajay, preparations for opening the doors of Madmaheshwar temple have been completed. Chief Executive Officer Yogendra Singh has issued orders for the Devdoli Yatra so that the Devdoli Yatra can be conducted properly.
