People suffering from cough or swelling should not consume curd.
If you are overweight then make buttermilk a part of your diet instead of curd.
Curd should not be consumed daily even in summer. You can drink buttermilk daily.Drinking buttermilk mixed with salt, black pepper, mint leaves and cumin powder is beneficial.
