- Green chilly,
- ginger paste,
- salt to taste,
- turmeric powder,

- chilli powder.
How to make the famous Handwa of Ahmedabadi taste
step 1
First of all, put rice, lentils and fenugreek seeds in a vessel, wash them with two-three water and soak them for 5-7 hours.

Now drain the water and grind the pulses, rice and curd in a mixer jar and let the yeast rise.

After fermentation, add milk, carrot, green chilli, coriander, ginger-garlic paste, turmeric, asafoetida, jaggery, white sesame and salt to taste and mix well. – Now add baking soda to it, mix it and prepare a thick mixture.
Step-4 –
Now heat oil in a pan, add mustard seeds, white sesame seeds, sweet neem leaves, spread the mixture and cook on low flame. Cook the handwa until it turns golden on both sides, then cut it into pieces and serve with chutney.
