Material
- Milk full cream – 1/2 liter
- Watermelon – 1 cup (seeds removed)
- Condensed milk – 1 cup
- Whipped Cream – 1 cup
- Vanilla essence – 4-5 drops
- Red food color – 1/2 tsp
- Black raisins soaked in milk – 1/4 cup
- Chocolate Chips – 1/2 tsp

- To make watermelon ice cream, first boil the milk until it reduces to half.
- – When the milk cools down, add condensed milk, vanilla essence and color to it and beat it well with a beater or spoon.
- – Add half the raisins soaked in milk. Beat the cream in another vessel with a beater.
- Add the feta, stirring until the feta reduces from one cup to three cups.
- Beat all the ingredients again and then keep them in the freezer.
- When the ice cream freezes a little, cut the watermelon into small pieces and add it to the ice cream.
- Add raisins and chocolate chips. Keep in the freezer.
- Serve it once it is completely frozen.
