18 flights from Delhi canceled in two days, many delayed; passengers remained troubled

New Delhi: Passengers are upset due to the cancellation of flights operating from Indira Gandhi International Airport. In the last two days, 18 flights were canceled and many were delayed. These included flights of Air India Express, Air India, SpiceJet, Indigo. Those passengers coming from abroad who missed their connecting flights suffered the most. There has been no response from Air India in this matter, whereas Air India Express says that this has happened due to operational reasons. Passengers were already informed about the cancellation of flights.

According to the website of IGI Airport, two flights of Air India to Chennai, Ahmedabad, Vadodara, Gwalior and two flights of Air India Express to Jaipur, Srinagar, Goa were not cancelled. Indigo also canceled flights from Guwahati to Raipur. SpiceJet has canceled flights to Goa, Kandla, Darbhanga and Guwahati.

Vistara did not operate flights to Mumbai. The aggrieved passengers have expressed their pain on the internet media platform X. Expressing his displeasure over the cancellation of SpiceJet's flight to Guwahati, Sachin Sharma wrote that if you do not have to fly the plane then why do you book.
