CM Mann and Karamjit Anmol met Punjabis living in Australia through VC, invited to invest in Punjab

Melbourne: As elections are going on in Punjab, candidates of political parties are contacting their friends, social workers and party workers abroad. This time the immigrants are not showing much interest in these elections and the response is slow, but the political parties are trying their best to bring the immigrants along with them.

A face to face meeting was organized under the leadership of Monty Benipal, Robbie Benipal, Sukhraj Romana and Gurpreet Sangha in favor of Karamjit Anmol, candidate of Faridkot Lok Sabha constituency in Melbourne city of Australia. In which Punjab Chief Minister Bhagwant Mann and Aam Aadmi Party candidate from Faridkot Assembly constituency Karamjeet Anmol interacted with the dignitaries present at the meeting through video conferencing and consulted with them and also sought suggestions for the progress of Punjab.

On this occasion, Chief Guest Bhagwant Mann said that Punjabis are a very hardworking community who have achieved a different position in foreign countries on the basis of their hard work. He said that he is working day and night for the progress of Punjab and he wants to make the boys and girls of Punjab not job seekers but job providers. He said that if any migrant wants to contribute to the progress of Punjab, he can feel free to contact me directly and he will be provided a safe environment without any hassle. He said that the three types of Ashtams which have been color coded are an example of transparent governance and due to this the people of Punjab are working without any hassle. He said that if any migrant wants to work for the betterment of any school, hospital or other institution in his village or city or wants to help Punjab in any other way, he is welcome.

Mann said that very soon big industries are going to invest in Punjab on a large scale and now the government is taking another initiative to help the migrants. “Punjab Help Desk” is being established in which about ten Punjabis including three officers Spoken employees are being hired who will provide information about every department of Punjab and will also be effective in saving the migrants from trouble. He said that the Road Safety Force has saved many precious lives in road accidents and Verka has also come to the forefront of the unprecedented increase in losses. He said that along with agriculture, he is making every effort to make dairy industry a profitable business. He said that every day he receives three to four calls from Punjabi youth from different countries who want to return to Punjab permanently and stay here and set up their own businesses.

He said that anyone who wants to invest in Punjab can contact the Invest Punjab portal of the Punjab Government, if any problem arises then they can be contacted directly. In the end he said that he would soon start a mission to bring the migrants back to their homes. On this occasion, Bhagwant Mann and others also answered various questions. During this, Karamjit Anmol, candidate of Fardikot Lok Sabha constituency, also said in his address that till now you have fully supported me and now you will support me in the same way in future also and I have full hope that the voters of Fardikot parliamentary constituency will not do so. You will disappoint them and they will also fulfill their responsibilities with full dedication. On this occasion, Monty Banipal also thanked the dignitaries who had come.
