Imphal (Assam), 10 May (HIST). Two UNLF(K) cadres were arrested with weapons and drugs in Manipur. Manipur Police today said security forces, acting on a tip-off, arrested UNLF (K) cadres in an operation. They have been identified as Huidrom Jitanjit Singh (36) and Ningtham Oinam (43).
Apart from this, Rs 1,17,360 in cash, 40 live cartridges, two walkie talkies, 20 grams of suspected heroin, a gold chain, a gold ring and other miscellaneous items were recovered from their possession.
