Dumka, May 10 (HS). JMM candidate Nalin Soren filed nomination papers from Dumka Lok Sabha seat on Friday. He handed over the nomination papers to District Election Officer cum Deputy Commissioner Anjaneyulu Dodde. JMM candidate Vijay Hansda also filed nomination from Rajmahal Lok Sabha seat.
At the time of nomination of Nalin Soren, local MLA cum State Government Road Construction Minister Basant Soren and Minister Badal Patralekh were present. After filing nomination papers, Nalin Soren said that his victory is certain. The public is with him and will choose JMM only once.
Nalin Soren is a senior leader of JMM. He is a seven-time MLA from Shikaripada. This time the party has expressed confidence in him. Last time, Dishom Guru Shibu Soren had contested this seat on behalf of JMM. He had to face defeat.
