Bollywood actor Shekhar Suman has once again decided to enter politics. Yes, the actor who played the role of Nawab Zulfikar Ahmed in Sanjay Leela Bhansali's web series 'Hiramandi', joined the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) on Tuesday. Interestingly, earlier in 2009, Shekhar Suman had contested the Lok Sabha elections from Patna Sahib on Congress ticket. However, he had to face defeat. In such a situation, he has joined hands with BJP for the second time to play political gamble.
What did Shekhar Suman say?
After joining Bharatiya Janata Party, Shekhar Suman said, 'Till yesterday I did not know that I was going to sit here today. Many such incidents happen in life knowingly or unknowingly. I have come here with a very positive mindset and thank God that he ordered me to come here and I joined BJP.
After some time words have no meaning: Shekhar
'When your thinking is good then everything is good and will remain good. There is no negative thought in my mind. At this time, only service to the country and nation is in my mind. I understand that humans rely a lot on words but after a while words have no meaning. If I want, I can sit here and give speeches the whole day, but it has no meaning, it will have meaning only when I do something, so I have joined BJP today to do something. Shekhar Suman added.
