Kaithal, 6 May (Hindustan Reporter) Kalayat police have registered a case of fraud against the head of Shiv Shiksha Samiti Mataur and his family for falsifying documents and removing the vice head and members from the posts of the committee. Police have named committee head Suresh Kumar, his wife Rita, sister Sheela and brother Rajesh Kumar on charges of fraud and falsifying papers.
In the complaint given to SP Kaithal, committee's deputy head Virendra, general secretary Neelam and member Rajendra said that committee head Suresh Kumar, his wife Rita, sister Sheela and brother Rajesh Kumar were conspiring to misuse the committee. Due to which their estrangement was going on since 2019. He came to know through RTI that the head of the committee and other members of his family had forged affidavits by signing fake signatures and had expelled him from the committee, ignoring the rules, and had appointed people of their choice. Which was completely against the rules. When he came to know about this conspiracy on October 4, 2023, he complained to SP Kaithal. On which DSP Kalayat was appointed the investigating officer. Satyanarayan resident of village Kasan, Rajbir resident of village Balu and Hawa Singh resident of village Kasan were also presented before the investigating officer as Goans.
The investigating officer kept assuring again and again that an FIR would be registered. In the end, the result reached by the investigating officer is not at all acceptable to him. After this DSP Guhla was appointed the investigating officer.
