How to make Onion Dosa:
– First of all, soak the rice and urad dal for about 6 hours. – After this, grind the soaked rice and urad dal finely. Add a little salt to the flour and mix well. Let the dough ferment for 8-10 hours.
The flour should be slightly sour. – Now add finely chopped onion, finely chopped green chillies. If you want, you can also add grated carrots or dill greens to it. – Now knead the dough well, heat the dosa pan. – Place the dosa on a hot pan and cook until it turns golden on both sides. Serve hot with chutney and sambar.
