A 24-year-old man is due to appear in a British court on Wednesday, accused of murdering an Indian restaurant manager who was hit by a vehicle while returning home from work on his bicycle last week. Following a police investigation, Shazeb Khalid, of no fixed address, was arrested on Tuesday on charges of murder and is due to appear at Reading Magistrates Court on Wednesday.
