Jammu, 3 May (HIST). In a coordinated enforcement operation, Jammu and Kashmir Pollution Control Committee and Municipal Council Doda officials seized 3.63 quintals of banned polythene. The joint operation was conducted at a residential house in Akramabad, Doda, where illegal material was collected.
The operation, conducted under the supervision of Deputy Commissioner Harvinder Singh, also included Divisional Officer JKPCC Gurpreet Singh, Naib Tehsildar Vidya Sagar and Executive Officer Amit Sharma from Municipal Council Doda, along with police personnel, along with local officials to seize the hidden polythene.
