Sit in Kamalasana posture and then do Namaste Asana by crossing both the hands and keeping the palms close to each other. Breathe in and out while doing this exercise. Now while doing this asana, bend your head down and try to touch the ground with your hands. By doing this asana, stiffness in the shoulders goes away.

To do this exercise, sit on your knees and place both your palms on the floor. Now raise the right hand in the air and then bring it down under the left hand. Meanwhile, be careful that the right hand does not touch the ground. Repeat the same action with the left hand also. Breathe slowly and repeat this action with both hands.

To do this exercise, lie down on your stomach. Then take both the hands backwards and then try to cross the fingers of both the hands. Repeat this action.
Lie on your back and turn onto your left side. Then bend the right leg at the knee and place it on top of the other front leg. Now place your right hand on top of the other hand. Then take the left hand to the other side without bending it. So that the chest remains completely stretched and the hands keep touching the ground. Then bring it back and join hands. Do this exercise from both sides.
