Ranchi, 30 April (Hindu). To ensure compliance with traffic rules in the capital Ranchi, a continuous checking campaign is being conducted in various areas of the city. In the last six days, a total of 1142 people have been issued challan for violating the rules. These include challans 131, 133,150, 241,241 and 246.
Traffic SP Kailash Karmali said on Tuesday that it is continuously running a campaign against those roaming in different areas of the city without helmet, driving license, black film on the glass of their four-wheeler and unauthorized signboards.
Legal action is being taken against the drivers who violate the rules and challans are being issued.
