Ayodhya Ram Temple: First floor of Ram temple completed, work on second floor, sculptures carved on pillars


Ayodhya Ram Temple: The work on the first floor of Ram temple has been completed. Whereas the work on the second floor has also started. The target is to complete the temple by December 2024. To increase the speed of work, the number of laborers has also been increased. The target is to complete the work on the second floor of the temple by the end of November.

The work of the first floor and second floor of Ram temple was going on simultaneously. Even before the consecration, the roof and structure of the first floor of the Ram temple had been prepared. Now the finishing work has also been completed while the work of connecting the pier of the second floor is going on at a fast pace. The carving work on the remaining 70 pillars of the first floor and ground floor has also been expedited. The number of idol artisans has been increased to 60. Till now 40 artisans were carving the idols. The construction of Mahapeeth has been started for the establishment of Ram Darbar on the first floor. Mahapeeth is the place where Ram Darbar i.e. the idols of Ram, Sita, Lakshman and Hanuman will be installed. Ram Mandir Trustee Dr. Anil Mishra said that the design of the six temples and Saptamandap to be built in Parkota is being prepared by Ram Mandir architect Ashish Sompura.

After the completion of the temple construction, devotees will be able to visit Kuber Tila.

Trustee Dr. Anil Mishra said that along with the construction of Ram temple, work is also going on on other projects. Currently a 40 feet wide road is being built to reach Kuber Tila. The beautification work of Kuber Tila has been completed, but devotees are currently prohibited from going there. He said that devotees will be able to visit Kuber Tila only after making all the necessary arrangements and security arrangements. Pass arrangements will be made for this.
