Nainital, 29 April (HS). The students of class 10th and 12th of PM Shri Atal Excellent Government Girls Inter College (Rabinka) of the city on Monday took an educational tour of ARIES i.e. Aryabhatta Observational Science Research Institute, Nainital under Vision India Private Limited and Vocational Education.
During this, ARIES scientist Virendra Yadav and his colleagues, under the leadership of coordinator Pankaj Kothari and subject teacher Gitanjali Joshi, gave important information about technology and various works of ARIES to the students who reached ARIES. They were also shown the sun spots, space, universe and constellations through binoculars.
Jayshree, Beena Pant, Nimita Verma, Amita Kirti and Kanchan Rawat also contributed in the event. Principal Rekha Negi expressed gratitude to the director and scientists of ARIES Nainital.
